Events & budgets

Fixed Invalid receiver budgets now show validation feedback instead of an error page.
New Event totals (ideas, bought, grand total) now appear at the top of the event page for quick visibility.
New You can now set a default budget per person on an event and optionally override it per receiver, with colour-coded spend tracking on the event page.
